- The location for us was good. Close enough to the venue where we had our event.
- I liked that there were facilities like ironing board, iron, hair dryer at the apartment.
- There's a shopping mall right across the road but also small shops at the ground level of the building and its "siblings".
- The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom.
- There's a quite large bathtub there.
- There is a nice balcony accessible from the bedroom and the living room.
- The view at sunrise is wonderful.
What was the most unpleasant for us was:
1) Instructions were not very clear on how to proceed to get in. The driveway is too narrow to just stop the car in front of the reception while you get the key from the post box and not blocking other cars coming behind you in this one-way passage. We had to go a bit further but stopped in front of our garage gate (so we don't end up too far passing it). The gate started to go up as the car behind us opened it remotely. Now we had to drive in. We got the wrong floor from the instructions but found the correct number of the parking space. Luckily there were other people on the same floor entering the building's staircase and opened the door for us with their chip, also helped us to get to the reception (another chip reading was needed). The receptionist had no idea about the parking garage numbering details so wasn't helpful at all when we wanted to know if we are at the correct spot.
2) We didn't have towels and our bedding was not ready upon our arrival at 19:20 (originally I reported our arrival for 17:00-18:00).
3) Most of the dishes were not washed properly (greasy).
4) We only got 1 toilet paper roll for 2 of us for a 2-night stay.
5) There wasn't a coat rack on the wall at the tiny hallway (there were marks on the wall as if a rack was to be mounted on any day so I guess it will be there for the guests in the near future) and no hangers or hanging rod in the built-in locker. The push opening of the doors on this locker / cabinet were not functioning very well but we didn't need to use them much.
6) The host was very nice and polite when I called and when he came with the bedding and towels but they were not very responsive to my messages ever since I booked, not even throughout our stay.
I don't mean to harm them. Just trying to help future guests to be ready or ask about these upfront. We believe these will be improved. We had a nice stay at this apartment and would recommend it.

Очень удобный паркинг, простое заселение. В номере всё необходимое. Очень тихо
Не было затычки в ванне (ну или мы не нашли)

I like the location, the huge building and very good comfortable free parking . Good security 👍
I don’t like the AC every 4 or 5 hours it’s stopped by its self and I don’t like the old and bad smell for the pillows and blankets.
