It was horrible and I would never book at this place, no hot water, no parking, no coffee machine, & rude staff

Just the location

It’s was a long process checking in, parking spot was taken, bed sheets were dirty and un sanitary, coffee machine was not working, no hot running water, and my check out time was 12 the cleaner came at 11:30 telling me I have to leave it was very unprofessional… when I asked for just 10 mins so we could get ready and leave the property manager called me and told leave quickly in a disrespectful tone.

The view of the sea, the proximity of the shops

Dirtiness of the sofa, the shower was leaking, the washroom air extractor didn't work, there was a pink like a lid of a bottle left on the ground, the toilets bowl was dirty, we didn't have access to the swimming pool as the access card didn't work. No leadership from the manager Dina , no excuses until I asked for.
