Beautiful location, clean and great coffee.
I understand it’s a non smoking hotel but the room and hallways constantly smelt of cigarette smoke. There was even cigarette ash on the bathroom floor upon arrival.
Communication with some staff was a little difficult at times.

The gym and the large room
Honestly, everything was really good — from the service to the amenities, it was fantastic. The only small thing I’d mention is that it would be nice to see the customer-facing staff smile a bit more; it really helps make guests feel even more welcome. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Location was good
Lobby lights were not on during the day and front desk seems slower and blurer compared to other hotels.
