An Unforgettable Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I stayed at Shanheli Homestay (East Coast Branch) for five nights at the end of May while traveling around Shantou with my parents. It was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable accommodation experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The stunning sea views combined with the beautifully designed wabi-sabi interiors created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that we often preferred spending time at the property rather than going out, especially during the hot afternoons. We enjoyed slow mornings and quiet afternoons drinking tea, chatting, and simply appreciating the tranquility. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Every detail reflected great care and attention. The shared spaces were spotless, beautifully maintained, and always well-stocked with daily essentials. It was obvious that the team constantly checked and replenished supplies, ensuring guests never had to worry about anything. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the incredible team. They were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely caring. Beyond providing outstanding service, they treated us with kindness and empathy that made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. During our trip, we unexpectedly encountered a small travel issue. The team immediately stepped in, coordinated everything for us, and even arranged another available room so we could extend our stay without any stress. Their willingness to help went far beyond what we expected and meant so much to our family. Every morning, the breakfast prepared by the lovely kitchen staff was absolutely delicious and became something we looked forward to each day. We'd also like to give a special thank you to Lili, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.
