El personal que trabaja en el hotel, físicamente es genial, son super atentos y realmente lo único bueno del lugar. (ya que el resto opera desde USA a través de un WA o mensaje que no sabes ni con quien hablas)

La experiencia en general desde que reservé fueron muy insistentes en que solo se podía reservar un mínimo de 4 noches, lo cual me pareció abusivo, el precio que pagamos por lo que ofrecen está totalmente desproporcionado, más para ser Oaxaca. Por si no fuera poco, te cobran un “depósito de seguridad” uno de 250 usd u otro no reembolsable de 35 usd, es decir, ademas del costo alto hay que seguir pagando. Fatal la experiencia de onboarding
