The hotel is AMAZING! the staff even better - beautiful and spacious rooms, GREAT breakfast and everything worked amazingly. I loved that we had access to tea/coffee/water 24/7 and felt really safe security wise.
It may be an anomaly, but when we arrived, we were met with an encampment which occupied most of downtown, including right outside the hotel (not as bad as other areas though). This could have been communicated to us beforehand, so to not have such a culture shock.

The door locks/pads to bedrooms don’t match the instructions and we were very frustrated trying to enter these rooms. :(

No es como las imágenes. El piso pareciera que siempre está sucio, el clóset nunca pudo estar bajo llave, el baño esta lindo pero pensé tendría tina como en las imágenes.
Las camas son cómodas y el personal muy muy amable
