The visual asethetics and layout of the apartment.Nicely done.
It felt safe and comfortable in a community you can walk in.
Love the shower unit.
Pool area was nice.
The A/c stopped working well the second night of stay but it still kept room somewhat cool at time. If i turn on lights with such A/c not working well i stated sweating alot.
Odor of mold insome parts of apartment,i wasn't staying long ,so it did not bother me but it might bother others sensitive to it,plus if not fix can cause health issues.
View was of the patios,windows and outside A/c units of the very close neighbouring apartments.
The iron leaked immediately once water was poured in .

The aparta hotel was very comfortable and well-suited for a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and generally well maintained, and the overall experience was positive. The great location added significant value, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, it offers good value and a welcoming environment, making it a solid choice for visitors.
The parking was very narrow to drive around. Apartment needs a little TLC. The apartment was generally comfortable, but the bedding definitely needs to be updated. The mattress was comfortable but, more linens were needed during the stay. Both replacement of the bedding and providing additional fresh linens would improve comfort. Updating the bedding would make the overall stay much more comfortable and improve the quality of the room.

Clean but has some opportunities on the wall paper and ceiling. Some water leak in the bathroom from an upper floor is visible.
