Rented the house to celebrate a friend’s birthday with a group of eight. Had plenty of room for everyone. We were able to enjoy the pool and the pool table, in between our trips to the strip and other nearby attractions. Great place to unwind and relax!

Three couples from our family stayed here to enjoy New Years Wve. The home was a great spot to be able to relax , play cards, cook meals and enjoy everyone for a three day holiday weekend, but close enough to make trips to the strip and Fremont street to enjoy some of the festivities and shows in the evening. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is about 25 minutes from downtown for activities but still be able to relax and have some time away from the crowds.

Property fit our needs as there was 7 family members, lots of room for all. The pool was a blessing and heated! House is well equiped and property manager was easy to get in touch with and was super responsive, we had a minor issue on christmas day and reported it and told them it could wait. They showed up to do the repair! Excellent customer service. The extra essentials the owner supplies are great! No need to worry about body wash, tp, and paper towels, much appreciated! Will definately stay here again!

It's a safe neighborhood. Enough parking: two in garage, three in driveway, plus space on the street. The kitchen had everything we needed. Enough bathrooms. I'd stay there again.The owner responded quickly to all questions.

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday in Las Vegas this year and our host couldn't have been more accommodating! The home was exactly as expected, and the maintenance partner was so gracious to come out Thanksgiving morning and turn the heat to the pool on. The property was in a beatiful quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing stay not far from the strip.

We came for a 4 day get away as work friends and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the property and the surrounding neighborhood. We were able to stay very comfortably. I would recommend this property to others.

Overall a fantastic place to stay. Really enjoyed the pool, even if it was cold water. The beds were comfy and most rooms had small standing fans which was a nice addition.

This house was great and in a great location. Not far from strip or airport! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool was just the right size (not heated) but perfect when it's 95 degrees outside. Host was very responsive and helpfule to any questions I had. Only thing I would suggest is to get hand soap and kitchen towels for kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at the house playing pool, and hanging out in the pool. I thought based on the pictures that the pool wouldn't be deep but I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a deep end of approx 5ft. The house had everything we needed except for a pizza pan. The only other suggestion would be to have more tv's. We had a teenager, an 11 year old and a 1 year old all with different tastes. There is a tv in the main master and one in the living room so nowhere to hook up an xbox etc while the baby is watching tv without going into somebody's private room. Also each room is wonderful but I would suggest having something to put luggage on, otherwise everything has to sit on the floor. These small things were not a big deal, just something that would make it better. Thank you for letting us stay, and we will definitely be returning!

There were 12 adults and one toddler in our party and this property worked perfectly. The property was well stocked and had all the amenities needed. The pool was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the distance from Las Vegas was fine.

great time in the pool, visiting and eating together. Had a hitch with the air for the second floor but the owners handled it quickly so not too bad. Brother slept downstairs on mattress on the floor but kids were ok in bunk room. Next day all was well. House is close to stores and airport.

The property was very clean and bigger and nicer than pictures can depict. My family absolutely loved it and the kids loved the pool. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here if we’re in the area again.

Our stay was awesome. We loved your home everything was very neat clean we weren't far from shopping the strip and restaurants Henderson is were i recommended to stay while on vacation in Las Vegas i highly recommend your home. Our friends just wanted me to recommended tv's in the other rooms. Other than that your home is perfect. Thank you so so much. If ever in vegas again i will be looking for you

From the beginning the property owner was very kind, responsive and informative. The property was very clean and had great little touches like cute toilet paper flowers, samples of tooth brushes and tooth paste etc. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The layout of thr home was inviting amd spacious. Rooms were large and downstairs has two rooms that are off to the side that created nice privacy. We all really enjoyed this property and the game room as well as the pool.

Perfect location, close to the airport, nice restaurants and shopping centers. Perfect amount of space for the entire family to be comfortable. Perfect amount of entertainment with the tv, pool and pool table. The home was clean and the manager was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

We planned Vegas as short 3 days trip and this property provided great location of strip as well as downtown. Manager was so helpful and kind. Property clean, spacious and pool was great too. Great value for money, strongly recommend and will book it again.

Great communication from host. Five bedrooms with four baths was a plus. Nice pool with outdoor patio. Plenty of dishes and utensils in kitchen. Garage was available to park vehicle. Overall very good experience.

This is a great house, plenty of space and bathrooms for the guests. Close to the airport and the strip. I will definitely try to stay here on the next Vegas trip
