About this house rental

Nestled in Wild Dunes, this attractive house for $1,270 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to 30 Beachwood East- No More Cloudy Days! This comfortable 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home is located just steps away from the ocean in Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms and is the perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. Relax by the enormous pool (heatable for a fee) or take in the ocean views from the upper and lower decks. The first floor of this home boasts 2 living rooms, both with large flat screen TVs. The kitchen and dining room both lead to the deck, which also overlooks the pool and has ocean views. There are also 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths located on this level. The first bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom is the primary bedroom with a king bed and ocean views. Enjoy the newly renovated primary ensuite, complete with large soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The third bedroom on the first level has a queen size bed and ensuite full bathroom. Located on the second floor is the fourth bedroom with two twin daybeds both with twin trundles, allowing this room to sleep four. There’s also a newly renovated full bathroom and a balcony that offers ocean views. 30 Beachwood East is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, directly across the street from the beach access path.

We loved our time in this beautiful home. Property manners were very attentive and lovely. Thank you for our very special week. We loved every minute.

The accommodations worked out very well for our family of 8 adults and two young children. Pack and Play fit snugly in each of two small bedrooms. Beds were comfortable in the three bedrooms on the main floor. However, the loft has two trundle beds and the mattresses were so uncomfortable! The two young adults could not sleep because of the 'springs'. They had to sleep on the couches which was not ideal for the morning when families woke up. The pool was cleaned mid-week which was great. Family enjoyed the pool after a long morning and early afternoon at the beach. The kitchen has an ice machine which was so helpful. The screen-in porch was a plus to accommodate all the pool bags before entering the kitchen. Ample parking for four cars. Would definitley rent again.

House is in need of updating/repairs, but great location and it was clean. Nice space with plenty of bathrooms for family. Furniture in living room is pretty shot. Rugs definitely need non-slip pads. Shower head in 2nd King BR falls off. Screen door on porch needs to be repaired/replaced. Fence is broken.Rat in garage. Latch broken on rear gate. Guys coming in the garage for trash without letting us know was a little disconcerting (ie: random people entering the garage)

The pictures do not do justice to this property. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. And it was nice to have the pool. We would definitely come back. Thank the owners for us!!!Had a great time!
