Situated in Lake Oconee, this charming house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a magical place where the pristine landscaping of the golf course meet the rippling waters of Lake Oconee. The home is uniquely located on a cul-de-sac peninsula where you have full lake front and golf course front views from all 3 bedrooms, the sunroom, the dinning room, family room, screened porch, and kitchen out the back of the house. Not only that, all windows in the front of the house have partial lake views. We offer a weekly discount of 10% and monthly 20%! The beautiful luxury lake front home sits across the lake from the Reynold’s Great Waters clubhouse, the 18th fairway, and the 9th Green! It provides one of the best views within steps to the lake! You are so close you actually feel like you are right on the water! On a quiet day, you can hear the waves gently splash against the seawall behind the house. Most mornings, you can watch a beautiful blue heron walking along the water behind the house. In addition to outstanding lake views from every room in the house, guests have access to a private neighborhood lakefront common area just a short 2 minute walk away. It includes a pool with lake view (open seasonally), tennis court, sandy beach, 5 different community boat docks, and a walking trail along the lake. There are marinas in the area that rent boats, jet skis, and equipment. The community docks are available in the waterside village to sit and relax while soaking up the view, sun tan, fish, or tie-up your boat on a short-term basis. This home features brand new furniture, carpets, mattresses, quality linens, cookware, and decor! There are indoor and outdoor dining areas (Inside table seats 6 – while 4 more can sit at the bar nearby). The screened/covered outside porch table seats 8. All areas provide spectacular views of the lake and golf course! A New 65” HD Smart flat screen TV is in the great room and the 2nd floor queen ensuite has a 43" TV. The home includes wireless internet and Ring door bells (front and back doors) . The main level owner’s suite has a queen bed with private ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The first, is a queen with ensuite bath, and the second has a king bed with a full bath off the hallway. The windows on all three bedrooms face the lake! The brand new sofa in the great room folds out into a bed with a built-in memory foam mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Nearby you will find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theater, and golf. A few favorite restaurants within a short drive include: Ritz Carlton- Fine Dining Linger Longer Steak House or higher end casual Gaby’s on the Lake, or Filet Steak & Seafood and casual 5B BBQ and Brews (love the Texas Tater), Café 44, Mellow Mushroom, the New Lake House restaurant, and classic southern cooking at Yesterday Café. Golf on two of the Reynolds courses is available (Landing & Preserve). If tee times are available, we can book these for you as an unaccompanied guest. In addition to the Reynolds courses, the Harbor Club is open to the public. You can often find a great deal using the Golf Now App. The Ritz Carlton Spa is also just a short drive, and it is usually available to the public. This home is situated in the Waterside Village (part of the Reynolds Lake Oconee gated community). Several guests say they feel all their pressures and worries melt away as they drive down the shaded tree lined road to our quiet cul-de-sac just off the water. Starry skies, family fun, outdoor door adventure, and great memories await your next vacation! Restrictions: No more than 3 cars will be authorized within the Reynolds security gate per rental. New county law prohibits parking on the street! Vehicle color, make, and model required prior to check-in This property can not be used for parties or events Maximum guest count day and night is limited to 8 adults and children Penalty applies for more than 8 guests in home House sleeps 8 with two of those on a sleeper sofa Min rental age 26, No smoking, vaping, and No pets allowed in or outside home 3 night minimum. In November my husband and I spent several relaxing days at the Hall’s lake house and found it to be not only beautiful but very serene. The house is extremely well appointed and awash in sun filled views of the lake. The screened porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and for watching the golfers on the green across the water. The home is very comfortable and better equipped than other VRBO houses we’ve rented. There were even board games which we enjoyed one rainy afternoon. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and Jeff responded to questions quickly. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely cottage with views of the lake from every room. This cottage is beautifully decorated and the owners have spared no details in intentionally making it comfortable. We loved fishing until dusk, walking the trails, and watching the golfers across the lake. Great nearby restaurants too ( Silver Moon is a MUST). Run, don’t walk to rent this property. I can’t imagine it not being thoroughly enjoyable any time of the year. Jeff was wonderful with his communication and check in/out was a breeze. We can’t wait to go back!

We've visited Lake Oconee several times. This was by far our best visit. The property was perfect! We had a great view of the lake and golf course and easy access to the pool. We had everything we needed while there. There were high end appliances and extras (like toilet paper and trash bags) in case we needed anything. My favorite space was the screened in porch. When it got too hot, the reading nook was right there for a cool escape and still have wonderful views. Jeff was very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

We have stayed at the lake 3 years in a row at three different properties. It was fun to look at the window and watch the golfers on the 9th hole. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home was nicely decorated. The owners did a great job with the small things that matter! There were plenty of dishes and NICE FLUFFY towels. Sometimes owners skimp on those. The owners were great with their communication. The kids had a great time! We highly recommend this property!!!

My husband and I were celebrating his retirement, so we booked a stay at Jeff & Renee’s house. They were wonderful to work with… Perfect hosts! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The lake views are wonderful! You can see the lake from every single room in the house. We enjoyed sitting out on the Adirondack chairs by the lake, and we also sat on the dock at night.. There is a very nice screened in porch in the back overlooking the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing. Just what we were looking for! We would definitely like to go back to this property again!

Our week was amazing! This luxury lake house is better than described in the listing and Jeff & Renee were wonderful hosts. The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances, cookware and gas grill. The rest of the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our party of 8. We brought our boat and were able to dock it a short walk from the house and used it everyday for water sports. We will be back!!!

Our stay was June and the weather was perfect. This unit is nicer than the pictures, super clean, completely updated, and new furniture!! Jeff, the host was very accommodating. Beautiful view of Lake Oconee and Great Waters Golf holes 9 and 18. I highly recommend this house!!!

I could go on and on about our stay, but to sum it up the cottage was absolutely beautiful and the view was stunning. The 9th hole of the Great Waters golf course is right across the cove and made for some great entertainment as we enjoyed evening cocktails on the immaculate screened-in back porch of the cottage. It was very clean, linens were fresh and the hosts made checking in a breeze. Would highly recommend staying at this lake front cottage for a getaway!!!

This is by far one of the cleanest, well-maintained, and beautiful properties we have rented in a long time. It was impeccably furnished and the lake and gold course views are stunning. The attention to detail was amazing and they had everything we needed. The owner was readily available when we had questions and he checked in periodicallyto make sure everything was good. We had the best time at this cozy cottage. The property manager was very informative and the listing was accurate. The house was very updated with great decor and the view was AMAZING. Great view of the lake/golf course from almost every window in the house. We spent some time on one of the docks in the community and walked on the trail. I could stay on that back porch all day long. Super easy getting in and out and it truly brings a sense of calm the second you drive into the community. Highly recommend, felt right at home!
