Nestled in Arvada, this charming house for $353 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: This beautiful home is perfect for a group trip. It is spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, dining room, bar, and an office. There is a large outdoor space with a patio and a firepit. The house is comfortable and stylish-wonderfully decorated and feels like a home away from home. We are centrally located- 3 minutes from Olde Town Arvada, 10 minutes from Golden, 15 minutes from Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder, and just over an hour from world class skiing. Enjoy Colorado with this gem! The Neighborhood: The house is right across the street from a large park with walking trails, covered gazebo with benches, and a playground. We are 3 minutes away from downtown Arvada with great bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Only 15 minutes away from Denver. Broncos stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena- 15 minutes Red Rocks- 15 minutes Mission Ball Room- 15 minutes Elitch Gardens Theme Park- 15 minutes Getting Around: There is a large 4 car driveway for parking in front of the house. There is an RTD bus stop directly outside of our house. There is a light rail station 3 minutes away at the Olde Town Arvada Station. The light rail G line is just $3.00 and will take you to downtown Union Station in Denver in 20 minutes. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Being this was my first time in Denver, I wanted a place that was centrally located, and this was the place. The home was clean and prepared for guests up to the tiny details, like towels on the bed for each room, extra things like toothbrushes, and things you expect in a hotel. I loved this house; it was very modern and a perfect fit for five ladies. This home was very cozy, and I almost forgot I was traveling, so much so that I baked some cookies. Lol, honestly, this was a perfect stay in an ideal location.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Arvada. Our stay at your house was great. It's close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The host was very quick to respond all of our questions. Absolutely beautiful house! Very well kept and maintained. Great location for everything we wanted to do; concert at the Red Rocks, Denver night life, hiking the Incline, etc. Had a house full of 7 people with plenty of room to spare. Brenna was great to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great stay at this location. Large park and splash pad for the kids across the street. Everything was as described and all smaller items were included, towels, paper towels, toiletries, pots, pans, etc. back yard was a little smaller than expected, but overall we had a great stay and would recommend it. Host was very responsive and helpful.

This home is absolutely perfect for a group stay. It is stylishly decorated with unique & eye-catching touches. The beds are comfortable and the house had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. Even better than the house itself is the location. Minutes away from restaurants, a Walmart and a lovely coffee cafe, it is also directly across the street from an amazing green space with playgrounds and even a frisbee golfing range. The owner was lovely to work with and so accommodating. I definitely recommend and hope that I have a reason to come back to CO soon so I can book this place again!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather! We traveled to Arvada from 'North Dakota for my brother- in -law's celebration of life. Five sisters and their husbands stayed in the five bedroom house. We enjoyed the backyard visiting with family and friends. It was perfect!

Beautifully updated house with great layout for larger group. Located right across from a beautiful park and is a short distance to old town Arvada. One minor issue with bed in house but owner was quick to respond.
