Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The private beach access is restricted to only the beach and waters directly in front of the home. Homes on either side of this rental do not want any trespassing on the beaches in front of their homes. There are also signs up that need to be respected. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The downstairs bathtub drained very slow. The response time on having someone come and fix it, was impressive, though. Our children were complaining about the spider webs, and dead bugs on some of the walls. We didn’t care much about having a jetted tub. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. Location and view is perfect!

A family break to make memories Was just what we were looking for! We had such a fabulous time in the house, it was fully equipped with everything that we needed! And nothing that we didn’t need. Being on the water was wonderful having the kayaks and all of their comforts on the deck was wonderful.

I was very happy with this property. Actually i really loved it ! It was the right size the right price the right location. House was clean and had everything I needed. I would most definitely stay here again and again
