A. No damage is done to the home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, and the home and all of its furnishings are kept in good order (to include the boathouse and its contents). B. No charges are incurred due to missing items, pets, or collection of rent or services rendered during the stay. C. All trash, debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can and left at street for pick up D. All soiled/dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. E. Home is left locked on ALL levels. F. All charges (if any) accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. G. No linens/towels are lost or damaged. H. No Early check-in or late check-out (unless agreed upon and placed in the rental contract) I. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner).
