Here's what we liked :
The staff were super friendly they are all very nice and accommodating and super helpful with whatever you may need.
Our family room was HUGE which was super comfortable and convenient especially when traveling with kids, it really is like a medium sized apartment.
Their is a small stream right outside the hotel and the mountain views are very beautiful.
We also liked the fact that the hotel is a bit out of the city center.
Here what could have been better.
Our room was facing the garden area right outside the pool, that means till around 22:30/23:00 every night there was music blasting through the windows and super loud conversation. The windows are not double soundproof and this was a major nuicanse.
Every day they would make up the rooms but won't really change or refresh the towels or properly clean.
The Jacuzzi in the spa area is one of the dirtiest and smelliest we encountered in eastern Europe, it needs a serious clean.
There was a gaping hole in the floor near the pool which seemed to be a major hazard that nobody seemed to care about.
One of the bedrooms was missing an AC and we couldn't keep the windows open due to the noise.
Also there was barely sufficient hot water in the shower and there is no proper shower door so the room gets pretty flooded.... I never understand why hotels don't put in proper shower doors....

СПА зоната на моменти беше малко шумна, по-малки деца не би трябвало да са там.

I travelled to Bansko off season, so the place was not crowded. The hotel has a jacuzzi and a pool, a gym and offers Spa facilities. Great views and close to a main pedestrian road and a superb Bulgarian food restaurant.
