The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing! It is super close to the subway, and Times Square is right outside the entrance.
There were some major downsides. Getting into the elevator in the morning was an absolute nightmare. After waiting for over 15 minutes, we had no choice but to carry our heavy luggage down the stairs from the 8th floor. Another big issue was the AC. It turned on every 2 minutes and made a horribly loud noise, which made it very difficult to sleep. When we complained at the reception, they sent a technician, but all he did was set the temperature to the lowest setting, which didn't fix the problem at all.
