The design of the guest rooms and the great check-in experience. The gentleman that checked me in was delightful and very helpful.
I would have given facilities a 10, but the elevators are confusing - wayfinding signage is confusing. Also the guest room bathroom is not ideal for space for toiletries - perhaps some shelving somewhere?

The room was clean and the location was good.
We didn't get the Time Square-facing room we booked and I never received the discount that we talked about. I tried to follow up, but it was clear that I was going to have to fight more to get the discount so I settled for this review.
The car service was marketed as less than a rideshare, but it was equal at best. The service was spotty around the airport, so it took awhile to pay for the ride (~5-10 min of sitting at departures). If I had paid for the rideshare option, I would have avoided that and paid roughly the same amount.
The bathroom door in the extremely small room swings, which means every trip in and out requires coordination with the person outside the bathroom.
And minor thing, but the elevators are weird. You have to select the numbers outside the elevator and that decides whether you get one right next to you or 20-30 feet away.
