The location
Checking in time was so bad that I had to sit with children outside for 3 hours after traveling from out of state the welcoming was not to my satisfaction.

I liked everything it was very clean. It was neat. The people that worked. There were very nice very generous they handle all my problems and all my questions very diligent especially one particular worker. Her name was Maria. She was at the counter checking us in when she was always asking us how we feel and how we are being treated. She was very generous. I actually got one very well. Me and my daughter got all very well with her. She was very easy-going and we had one little problem and she solved it in no time the room that we got at. Had a hat, a small bag of full-size, not big enough for my daughter and I so the next day I went to the front desk and at the time Maria was there I spoke about the situation and immediately she solved it. She upgraded us to a bigger bed in a bigger room with no cost she solved our situation in no time all the people there are nice very generous. I would recommend my friends and family to stay there. Matter fact I’m coming over again with a friend of mine to stay tomorrow.

Location
The first room we were given had no working air con. The blinds were broken. The window didn’t open. No view at all.
They did agree to change the room, which was much better
