Всё очень понравилось. Дом чистый, уютный, ухоженный. Внутри комфортно, тепло и приятно находиться. Отличное расположение — рядом парк Кирова, тихий и спокойный район. Соседи спокойные, без шума.

Недостатков не обнаружили, всё было на хорошем уровне.

The apartment was big. The WIFI worked well. The location was also OK, not far from the centre and plenty of shops nearby

The facilities were poor. We booked the apartment for 7 people but only 3 plates, 3 glasses, cups in fact only 3 of most things. We had to ask for a sharp knife, additional towels, bedding. We could not be bothered to ask for other things missing from the list. The mattresses were very old and you could feel the springs. It was not a language issue as all other guests were Russian and Kazakh speakers. Definitely no toaster or tea/coffee maker unless they mean the kettle. The shower was a joke! And the claimed additional toilet does not exist. The views claimed do not exist. The description says up to 9 people, 7 was too many. Not enough chairs to sit round the table. Not sure where the garden/patio furniture was or the garden or patio.
