It was a beautiful location. Everyone I invited really enjoyed the location. It was close to what we where doing that weekend, Rocklahoma in Pryor and trips to Tulsa. We loved the local shops as well. The house was very clean and organized as well. I saw previous people say there was no dishes but the house was stocked up on dishes, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and more that I can't remember. Most of the beds and couches where very comfortable and the internet was amazing as well. When I needed to extend my stay the owner was so kind and helped me figure out their booking system and if it wouldn't have worked out they where very accommodating to help me.
Every house has it's quirks but that's not against the owner in any way. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms glass bowl fell down but luckily it didn't break or hurt anyone. One of the beds where hard as a rock but that is preference on who likes what kind of bed, if you enjoy a tougher bed that could be a positive for you.
