Er is geen uitzicht vanaf het appartement, er lag allemaal water in één van de kamers en de wasmachine deed het niet..

The photo looks like the place is fresh and new, but the room(s) actually looked old, not modern.
The front entrance door was wide open. It had broken panes of glass and an electrical box with broken wires hanging out. The 2nd floor apartment was 4 flights up. I peeked into the room, which was spacious, well-appointed (from what I could see), and just fine. My friend did not feel safe to stay there. Parking was expensive and not close by. Also, when I tried to using the booking.com app to navigate, it tried to take me to our next reservation in Zagreb (the 2 have almost identical names). AND, when I tried to contact the host to say we wouldn’t be staying and were booking elsewhere, my messages on Booking also went to the other host in Zagreb! Booking’s chat bot couldn’t help, and when I typed out a message to customer service I received an error message that it “couldn’t be sent.” Very disappointing experience.
