Nada, todo fue un desastre
No se por donde empezar. Un desastre. Tan pronto llegamos al alojamiento nos encontramos con dos estropajos en mal estado y estropeados, una bayeta de cocina inservible, una tartera y un cazo con el esmalte levantado y el escurreplatos sucio.
Nos ponemos educadamente en contacto con el anfitrión para que lo subsane y tenemos que oír frases como: “¿Alguna cosa mas que haya que solventar? (dicho con retintín y sorna), “… una cosa es una cosa y otra es hacer el tonto… lo digo como lo siento… esto es tocar las narices”, “… si no estáis contentos podéis hablar con Booking y que os cambien de alojamiento, no hay ningún problema” y “Mi actitud es porque me pilla en un momento usted fantástico … diciéndome una serie de cosas que para mí no son precisamente las más importantes del mundo, aunque se le van a solventar, usted lo que tiene que hacer es hacer lo que le dé la gana que yo haré también lo que quiera”.
Ante el maltrato verbal nos ponemos en contacto con booking con resultado conocido, ninguno. Nos dicen que el anfitrión tiene 24 horas para ponerse en contacto con nosotros. Se le remiten las conversaciones y audios de whatsapp, junto con las fotografías (y que no queremos seguir en el alojamiento). A las 24 horas (sin que el anfitrión contactase) volvemos a llamar y nos dicen, esta vez, que tiene 48 horas para subsanar las deficiencias e intentan contactar con el mismo con resultado nulo. Al límite de las 48 horas aparece una bolsa en la manilla de la puerta con un estropajo, un cazo pequeño, 3 pastillas de lavavajillas, una tostadora y bayetas nuevas. En la plataforma nos comunica que nos ha dejado estos enseres “para nuestro deleite” (más sorna y burla).
Otras “anomalías” que nos encontramos fueron: en el salón: jarrón cristal roto, persiana, alfombra, sofá y cortinas sucias, barras cortina y lampara oxidadas; baño: anclajes tapas wc oxidados y fregona inservible; habitación: suelo deteriorado, letras HOME y lámpara sucias; cocina: enchufe roto y espátula derretida.
