It’s modern inside, has everything you’d need. I’d easily live in a studio like this. Felt safe, had a parking space, walking distance to the beach and city. Lovely shower, really comfortable bed, super clean! Highly recommend.

The Apartment is ideally situated not to far from the town with parking and served the purpose that we needed.
The apartment seemed to be plauged with Electrical Gremlins.
The first issue was accessing the main entrance - The Series of 4 numbers plus the # button only worked about 25% of the time we needed access, and once the first attempt failed you would need 3 or 4 more attempts for success (Highly Frustrating).
The second issue was the fuse would trip when using the kettle, Not always but a good few times.
The third issue is the hairdryer would trip a different fuse to the kettle.
Neither circuits were under load at the time.
Hot Water Boiler needed to be switched off and back on 3 times during stay as no hot water was available on demand.
The forth issue was the light in the wardrobe which is switched on by a movement sensor, Brilliant idea but it was clicking on and off for most of the stay.
None of the cutlery / plates / or glasses were visibly clean but I'd wash them anyway before use.
The data in the apartment said the apartments were a family owned business, I challenge one of them to stay there for a few days to experience the issues.
I'm sure once the issues are dealt with it will be worthy of a better score.
I did not want to waste my stay reporting every issue as it it happened and I don't like giving a less than adequate score however if I had of known of issues beforehand I would of booked something else.
