Nice Apt but without AC it was Miserable

I just can't understand how in 2026, apartments in the UK don't have AC. The summer in the UK was in excess of 30C for months. Yet Most UK properties dont have AC. Seems Like there living in the Stone Age. Wonderful Apt great location and yet the Apt just baked most of the day. Impossible to enjoy. Its time for Property owners to spend the money and upgrade their Apartments.
