the room was big enough to accomodate 6 pax and it was clean. beds are comfortable and aircon and ventilation was good too. the cooking facilities are also well maintained. and they do provide ice and water in the room which is a plus point after that hike.
just a matter of preference, the bathroom has a huge opening which has no windows. so if you are a scaredy cat like me, you may find showering at night a bit daunting. also a bit of a caution to unfit people like me or the elderly, you will need to hike up to get to your room.

The location was great. The room and the pool kitchen area were pleasing too. I would say that The Hill reminded me more of an AirBnB rather than resort/hotel. Waka the caretaker was very helpful.
As I said it felt more like an AirBnB so the price paid didn't really match what I was expecting. The breakfast consisted of either Nasi Lemak or Roti Cenai, which in themselves were fine, but for what we paid I expected more. We bought our own fruit and I brought my own coffee to supplement the limitation in breakfast offerings. Perhaps if we were staying in a large group of friends more than family it would have been better. It wasn't that I disliked the resort, I was expecting something different.

The environment is comfy, clean and nice. They give a good amount of snack in the room for sale and some are complimentary.
There are very long stair to the room which will be very tiring after each trip. There is no staff there on duty, only during check in & out. The road into the property is also very far from the nearest town. Not much facility/ nothing much to do there besides a swimming pool. For the price that i'm paying i felt abit over price for this property. Is a great place to chill for night but not for 2 nights.
