Tudo é perfeito e limpo. A anfitriã Marty, resolvi tudo quando acontecer qualquer imprevisto. Ela envia técnicos e sua equipe para solucionar qualquer situação imprevista ! Marty fica atenta no WhatsApp para responder qualquer dúvida! Super ética e profissional.
A acomodação foi aquecida . O tempo frio não colaborou muito na nossa estadia. A região de Fiumefreddo Bruzio é bonita mas devido as construções serem de pedras, tornam as residências muito geladas no inverno! Mas tinha lareira e ar condicionado quente que nos aqueceu.

Lage im Ort, Sauberkeit, Matratze und Ausstattung in Ordnung, flexibler und unproblematischer Check-In, eigentlich recht zweckmäßiges Wohnzimmer
Überwachungskamera der Vermieterin in Wohnzimmer / Küche (Hinweis darauf teilweise verdeckt), Geruchs-Diffusor mit sehr chemischem "Duft" in jedem Raum (gibt 1x pro Stunde automatisch eine Sprühstoß ab), unpersönlicher Self-Check-In, Frühstück besteht aus trockenem Zwieback, abgepackter Marmelade, einer kleinen Flasche Wasser und einer Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, es war neben dem Bett und Schrank kaum Platz für die Koffer. Das Gemeinschaftsbad haben wir wohl bei der Buchung übersehen. Eigentlich ist das ein normales Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die aber getrennt vermietet werden.
