The apartment was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. It was easy to find, and we were sent a video the day before with clear instructions on how to access the property, which was very helpful. They are also very quick to respond when you have any questions before the holiday.
The property was in a great location, just a 10–15 minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. The town centre was also nearby, with plenty of places to eat, and there was an Aldi around a 20-minute walk away, making it very convenient. There was a pizza place downstairs that served amazing pizza when we were too lazy to go into town.
The shower drain constantly overflowed and clearly needs cleaning and unblocking. We had to keep turning the shower on and off while waiting for the water to drain, which was very inconvenient.
I was also overcharged for the tourist/city tax, so I'd recommend checking the correct amount before paying. We only realised on our last night and didn't have the right change to pay the correct total. They had charged us full price for both our children who are 10 and 15. Children are free and kids over 14 should get 20% off.

Appartamento comodo e ben tenuto, mobilio e accessori nuovi, molto accogliente.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda, e ben servita; si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita.
Unico punto migliorabile é il letto matrimoniale un po' scomodo.

Location, safe access, it had all the facilities & equipment for a 5 person long stay, cleanliness was 10/10.
