Unhygienic and definitely not as expected.

The only positive aspects were that the host waited for us to hand over the keys at around 1:45 a.m., and we were allowed a later check-out, which gave us some extra time to rest.

Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. As soon as we arrived, the host went up to the floor with us, gave us the keys and left immediately without showing us the apartment or providing any information. We quickly understood why. The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. There were hairs on shelves and inside drawers, and the plates, glasses, and cutlery were dirty, as if they had only been rinsed with water instead of washed. We also found stains in several areas of the apartment. The worst part was the bed. When we went to sleep, we discovered a large stain on one of the pillows that looked like dried vomit or some other unpleasant liquid. It was extremely unhygienic and disgusting. We ended up changing the pillow and sleeping on top of towels because we did not feel comfortable using the bedding. The next morning, instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to wash the bed linen ourselves. The oven and microwave were also very dirty, with visible food residue and grease inside. We barely used them because they looked unhygienic. It was also impossible to determine what temperature we were setting the oven at (it was old and every number and sign was washed off so we couldn't really tell at what temperature we were cooking). We also found a few insects in the apartment. While we understand that this is a beach area, it only added to an already unpleasant experience. After we complained, we were offered a cleaning service, but by that point we had already spent our own time washing the bedding and dealing with the issues ourselves. Overall, the apartment was not clean, not properly maintained, and did not meet even basic standards of hygiene. I would not recommend staying here.

Prime Location. Easy access. Host very responsive and extremely help-full.

Nothing all good

Comfortable stay

The stay was comfortable and conveniently located in the heart of St. Julian's. Restaurants, supermarkets, and popular attractions were all within walking distance. Additionally, a bus stop providing access to various locations in Malta was situated right outside the apartment.

The washing machine was not functional during our stay. Although they sent someone to inspect it, the issue could not be resolved.
