Great location. Bus stops for all directions is very close. It is a private gate-access compound with 8 similar wings/buildings with small park in the middle. Apartment was spacious, balcony too. Lot of restaurants and night clubs nearby.
There was some confusion about check in. The owner send us the number of his assistant. Then assistant couldn't meet us, so she gave us the number of the receptionist to pick up key and the card. The only problem is that we could't get into the compound because of the gate at the entrance. We wait for somebody to pass and we got in. Our keys and keycard were in level -1 in our block. But the problem was there is no info who to ring on the interphone and we couldn't get in because we didn't have a keycard. Luckily, some maintenance guy saw that we were struggling and helped us to get in.
The apartment needs a good cleaning. All the kitchenware were sticky. Unfortunately we found some hair on the sheet. Since the apartment have a washing machine, we washed everything. Air conditioning were on when we got there, so that was nice, since it was very hot outside. But soon, we saw that the remote is missing and we couldn't turn it off. Luckily there is a break switch for it.
Apartman has a great potential, but everything looks wear out. But I suppose this is why the price is lower that some other places in the area.
