Die Lage und Aussicht waren sehr schön. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war ausreichend . Lage ist sehr zentral und fußläufig erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr sehr gut.
Der Kühlschrank im Raum. Fehlendes und defektes Reinigungsmaterial. Wischmop sehr beschmutzt. Laute Klopf geräusche der Heizung. Doppelbett gab es nicht. Einzelbetten waren zusammengeschoben.

Freshly renovated, definitely an upgrade compared to one year ago. Clean, great location for an event at ZKM.
It was a bit warm, but keeping the shutters closed and bringing a fan was sufficient. Maybe a fan should be provided by the host.

ontbijt: niet van toepassing
locatie: gunstig gelegen: tramhalte dichtbij het appartement; prachtig uitzicht
bijna alles in het appartement was nieuw en zag er dus nog prima uit
sleutels ophalen was geen probleem
host was telefonisch altijd bereikbaar en gaf precies de informatie die ik nodig had
een paar handdoeken extra was prettig geweest
een gebruiksaanwijzing voor de inductiekookplaat en voor de televisie waren helaas afwezig

La estancia fue muy agradable. El casero muy majo y atento. El piso está ubicado en una zona residencial y es muy fácil aparcar por la calle del piso o las colindantes. Hay varios restaurantes y cafeterías relativamente cerca. Para ir 2 personas es estupendo. Nosotros fuimos 3 y se hacía algo pequeño pero si es principalmente para dormir tampoco es un problema. El baño está muy bien y la cocina tenía pinta de ser suficiente para cocinar cosas básicas aunque nosotros no la llegamos a usar.
Una pega que le pudimos encontrar fue que está ubicado en una calle por donde pasa el tranvía y hace curva entonces al frenar hace bastante ruido. Suele pasar cada media hora o así incluso durante las primeras horas de la noche. Otra es que las almohadas son como cojines gigantes y si vienes acostumbrado de las típicas españolas se te pueden hacer algo incómodas.
