If the trash is left full for several days inside the house, bugs can become a problem. - There is usually plenty of street parking, but please be careful and do not block any of the neighbors driveways - cars that are blocking driveways may get towed. - Providing a clean home to guests on a repeated basis is critical to ensuring people can enjoy their vacations, as such please see below: - No smoking. A $500 fee will be imposed if there is smoking of any kind inside the premises. - If bodily fluids are left on the premises, a $200 biohazard cleaning fee will be imposed, along with the cost of any damaged materials. - There will be stain removal spray in the home.
