About this apartment rental
This 1930's carriage-house style apartment has been recently revitalized into a modern and comfortable space while still maintaining its original charm. A blend of new and vintage furnishings with beautiful vinyl plank flooring and a soothing color palette make this space comfortable to spend time in when not enjoying the beautiful scenery and attractions of Hampton Bays.
The apartment is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to the ocean and bay beaches as well as walking distance to town and the train station. Starbucks, bagel shop, post office, Italian restaurants, drug store and a large supermarket are right around the corner. It is an easy summer getaway for hard working NYC individuals. The apartment is set back off the road and surrounded by large mature trees that provide shade and privacy. There is a sunny deck for relaxing, catching some rays and entertaining. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer and a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals.
There are plenty of great restaurants in town as well as along the beach for scenic outdoor dining. Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt State Park and the beautifully restored Canoe Place Inn are all within 1 - 3 miles.
If venturing out is on your list, Hampton Bays is one town west of Southampton's Jobs Lane with its quaint shops and eateries and a 15 minute drive to Westhampton's bustling Main St. The Montauk train line comes through Hampton Bays and stops at all the towns between Westhampton and Montauk, including Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton and Amagansett. And lastly, don't forget the great wineries and breweries that you can explore on both the South and North Forks.

This is a very cute little apartment over a garage. Clean and had every amenity you would need. It is located in the perfect place for walking to Starbucks for morning coffee or even King Kullen if need be. We walked all the way over the bridge and back for a great 6 mile walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute gem! We had a lovely stay at the carriage house. Walking distance to the village where you can find everything you need. Close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. We will be back.

This was a great central location! It was very clean and the host thought of all the things we could potentially need (water jug, shampoo/ conditioner, extra towels, etc). Gorgeous neighborhood as well!

Book this apartment! It's even more adorable in person. Very clean with cute decor -- the beds and linens so comfy. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Great communication with host too. We'd love to stay here next time in area.
