Open and airy, cozy, single family home located conveniently in between downtown Naples and Marco Island. Peaceful setting, yet only a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants, and 7 miles to Naples beaches. Comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a whole home reverse osmosis water system that provides drinking quality water out of every faucet. For your entertainment, this home also has 3 smart TV's and two different sitting areas. Screened in lanai with outdoor dining overlooks large, private, fenced in backyard, a perfect setting to grill or relax and enjoy the fresh air.
