Situated in Edisto Beach, this attractive house for $402 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summary: Welcome to Oak Haven! A newly remodeled and thoughtfully designed beach walk home that’s perfect for families! Tucked between century old Live Oak Trees - this unique home is the perfect destination to unwind, and enjoy your Edisto vacation. Book your last minute summer or fall vacation! The Space: The house is a direct 2-minute walk to beach access 13, at the end of our street. Access 13 does not have any stairs or deep sand, making for easy entry with strollers and beach wagons. The kitchen houses brand new appliances (2023) and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware to make any family recipe. If you're craving steaks and burgers, head downstairs and light the propane gas grill! The coffee machine allows for both single K cups and ground coffee for carafes. Four large bar stools sit beside the peninsula. The dining table sits 6-7 with bench seating. The family rooms expansive 110 inch sofa fits 5 adults; the perfect spot to enjoy the 60 inch smart TV. Wifi and Xfinity major network channels are included. The center living space leads to hallways on each side of the house, where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Each hallway can be closed off allowing for privacy: The right side has 2 bedrooms with a centered bathroom. Bedroom 1: King sized bed that offers direct access to the back deck and gazebo via the sliding glass door. Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin bed with views of the front porch. The left side has 2 bedrooms with a centered bathroom. A brand new washer and dryer unit is located in the hallway closet. Bedroom 3: King sized bed with views of the front porch Bedroom 4: Bunk room: Twin over double bunk bed with separate twin bed. USB outlets provided in each bedroom on the nightstands to allow for easy access for charging all of your devices. Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail in your very own secluded treetop gazebo which houses a comfortable sitting area with café lights. The front porch is complete with a dining table to comfortably sit six and four rocking chairs. Save some room in the car and leave your beach chairs, bikes, and beach umbrellas at home. We offer 13 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and 3 umbrellas for our guests to use during their stay. When you return from the beach, rinse off all the sand in the new outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Guest Access: You have the entire property to yourself during your stay. A unique door code will be provided to you the day of your arrival. The Neighborhood: Quiet street with direct access to Beach Access 13 at the end of the street. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and biking. Getting Around: The beach is a short 2 min walk. We have a large driveway suitable for 6+ vehicles. Golf carts and bikes can be rented from several locations on the island. Other Things to Note: AMENITIES: We provide bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. We also provide a starter pack of K-cups, a variety of spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and more. Take advantage of our blender, crock pot, stainless steel appliances and more. We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and 4 bikes for you to use during your stay ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. You will be provided with a 4-digit code the morning of your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There is parking for at least 5 cars in the driveway as well as two cars underneath the home INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed Internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu, Netflix and other streaming accounts with the Smart TV. Please note that there is no live TV unless it is included with one of your streaming accounts. We do have 1 exterior security camera overlooking the street Beach towels are not provided We do not allow pets in our home without specific approval. We loved the location for spending the week with friends! Bikes were a plus and house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own space. Gazebo was fun and grill was perfect for cooking seafood from the fresh market down the street. We walked to the beach everyday and night, its so close! Owners were very good at communicating texts, calls whatever you need, they will help! Highly recommend this place !

Me and my fiance, now husband, brought our families to edisto to celebrate our marriage! This house was beyond perfect. It was extremely comfortable and homey but the backyard was my FAVORITE! Coffee in the screened in gazebo was an amazing way to start my day! Tyler was very prompt with responses if i had a question. He was very accomodating and overall easy to work with. Will definitely be coming back!

Our family visits Edisto from Knoxville (second time this year), and Tyler’s house met all of our needs. Great distance from the beach ( easy walk for two toddlers), excellent kitchen/family room and screened porch, lovely backyard for the kiddos with beautiful live oaks and most importantly the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on away from home!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Tyler's property in Edisto. We rented a golf cart to easily travel back and forth with our 3 kiddos to the beach, pools at Wyndham and to restaurants. The house itself has plenty of bedrooms and towels and a well-appointed kitchen. There is a lot of outdoor space to hang out. And the included beach chairs is a really nice touch!

The beach trip was planned for 4 families. The house was the perfect place. The location was great for the beach access.We took advantage of the bikes and the beach chairs.. Tyler was a gracious host and let us check in earlier that the 4:00 time. We will definitely return. Great times and memories were made. GREAT Vacation.made..

We loved every minute of our stay at Oak Haven. Great property with a smart layout/design, which felt spacious with four young kids. Tyler and Krista responded immediately to any questions and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Hopefully we will be back in future!

Such a great house with everything you need for beach days! Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. We saw boogie boards in the storage room, but we brought our own so didn’t use the provided boards. Beach bikes were a nice bonus. We rented a golf cart but didn’t actually need one since the walk was so short, but the kids loved it! We had 7 people for the majority of the week and 3 more for the last two nights. Even with 10 people we had plenty of room to enjoy dinners, games and movie nights. We definitely hope to stay here again soon!

We enjoyed our family trip to Edisto! The property was as described; clean and bright and the kitchen was set up nicely with anything you might need for a meal at home. The beach is just down the street, an easy walk and it’s so helpful to have chairs and bikes for use as well. (We rented bikes for the kids). The host was responsive and friendly and helped with some local recommendations. I hope we can make it back soon!

This home is beautiful and exactly as described in the listing! Convenient to the beach! House is fully stocked, clean and comfortable! Tyler was so easy to communicate with and very quick to respond! Easy checkin and out! Every thing I thought I should take and probably did, the house had! We can’t wait to return for another visit!
