Some of the renovations include all-new roof, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, hardwoods, central heating, and a large deck with a staircase leading down to the private beach. Inside, this air-conditioned abode offers an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and dining area into one gathering spot. The gorgeous sofa provides you with a cozy place to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. From here, you can easily access the brand-new deck with unbeatable beach views and several seating options. Back inside, the kitchen is fully appointed with all stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops. Prepare tasty homemade meals for the group or even try a nice recipe! You'll also find a desk area perfect for catching up on work or planning your days of exploration. With its spectacular views, beachfront access, and cozy interior, this is the ideal spot for your next getaway! THINGS TO KNOW The water supply is provided by a well. The fireplace is not operational. The twin bed bedroom is accessed from outside the unit. Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The view from once you step into the home is breathtaking. You feel your shoulders immediately relaxing. Shopping for your groceries is only a few miles away. Strolls along the waterfront is awesome. If you like collecting sea shells, you have hit the jackpot. Beds are comfortable. We all had a good time :) :) :) :)

We were unable to stay at this home. The pictures did not show the steps down to the bedroom and the sunken bathtub/shower which did not work with mobility issues. It also smelled like mildew.
