Proceed up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Viking and Sub zero appliances, double ovens and a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker perfect for entertaining. Seating for six is found at the bar as well as an additional eight at the dining table. The living room is detailed by coastal chic décor, comfortable seating and custom built-ins surrounding a flat-screen TV. Step onto the porch and soak in sprawling views of the channel. Located on this floor is the first bedroom which has a king sized bed, deck access to the front of the house and an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is the soundfront master suite with a king sized bed, flat-screen TV, deck access, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is found in the laundry room hall closet. On the third floor, you’ll find an open concept bonus area great for the kids to spread out.
