24/7 reception and they lock the gates after hours for ensured privacy but always someone on reception to let you in or out. Room was spacious with a smart tv, large wardrobe, balcony, mini fridge and high quality air conditioning and large bedside fan. Excellent location in Hanoi with great staff

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this place is. The room is spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The air conditioning and fan work exceptionally well, and the room is well insulated from street noise, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep.
The location is excellent, with easy access to all the major attractions in Ha Noi, including the night market, the lake, and other popular destinations. After a long day of sightseeing, shopping, and exploring, it was the perfect place to return to, recharge, and prepare for another busy day.
The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and polite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the adorable dog on the property. It is incredibly friendly.
Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a basic, cost-effective, peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. It provides the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area.
