This was my first time staying here, and I really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a great location, and you can walk to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower in about 15 minutes.
What I appreciated most, though, was the staff at the reception. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely tried their best to help whenever I needed something. Even though they didn’t speak English, it was never a big issue. We used translation apps to communicate, and somehow everything worked out just fine. 🙂
A big thank you to everyone at the reception for being so kind and helpful. You really made my stay more enjoyable.
Overall, a very nice place to stay, and I would happily come back again.
The Western-style breakfast could use some improvement, as there were only a few options available. It would be nice to see a little more variety. The fruit selection, however, was quite good and I enjoyed it.

Excellent location and nice hotel but a bit more pricey than expected for the size of the room (which also had a pillar in the middle of it). Very kind, professional staff
It was ok but not as good as we expected.
