the space and the convenience at the arrival
ac had to be behind the bed as the air was blowing in the face. and the ac is noisy. too many marks on the bed and walls of killed flies or mosquitos or insects. that must be cleaned. sofa bed is uncomfortable

A clean and modern room, the apartment was well organised as a whole in a well located area close to transport, shops and the main city. The lady at the reception Tatiana was extremely helpful and supportive. I’d really recommend this place

- Excellent apartment (spacious, clean, and comfortable)
- Good location (close to the bus/ tram stop; restaurants and grocery shops nearby; walking distance to Kaleici; peaceful residential area)
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Netflix unavailable on the tv
- Surrounding area has no scenery; dusty; some abandoned/old buildings

The location and easiness of check in process. Also a dedicated parking area for the building.
I did not feel the room that was given to me fresh or well cleaned. I believe the rooms require deep cleaning as sofas had stains and the floor was not well cleaned
