The location is spot on - lots of amenities around and walking distance to water park which is ideal for fans of water parks.
Also has a pool.
Maybe memory foam toppers on beds as are on harder side - but this is my personal preference.

Exceptional accommodation! Beautiful, spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything was of a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The property exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. We would definitely return!
Everything was perfect

A very beautiful apartment in an absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of Costa Adeje! Everything is within walking distance, including shops, bars, and restaurants.
It’s wonderful that parking is available, although there is only one parking space shared between two apartments, and it needs to be reserved in advance. We weren’t aware of this, but luckily, the guests staying in the neighboring apartment didn’t have a car, so we were able to use the parking space completely free of charge without a prior reservation.
Overall, a lovely place to stay in a perfect location!

I liked that it had 3 bedrooms and the location was good although there was a big hill to walk back up from the beach which was fine but not if you had mobility issues. The property provided all you would need for self catering.
The pictures make it look bright and airy. We were in the 3 bed apartment and one room was nice, the other 2 were small and cramped. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The complex wasn't very nice. It was residential so not ideal for a holiday. The complex was quite old and there were young men hanging around on the steps a few nights which didn't feel very safe. The lift didn't always work. The accommodation didn't feel very clean, the floors were sticky, the couch felt dirty and there was mould at the base of the 2nd bathroom shower.
