Needs some tlc but the size was nice

I liked the size of the unit. The kitchen.

I didn't like the stained up dirty furniture. The cheaply done trim and caulk work. The door rubbed when opened/closed. The livingroom tv was not working. There was wasp and bees on the master balcony.
