It was a lovely, cozy room with a large shower. The bed was so comfortable and the bedsheets and quilt cover were so soft and smelled lovely! Large, clean towels were provided, along with complimentary toiletries. Nice, big TV screen with access to all channels. Really appreciated the fan which was of excellent quality and provided a good, strong breeze. Also appreciated the water fountain downstairs for top-ups. Location is wonderful ~ only a short, 5-10 min walk to the cliff tops and a 15 walk downhill to Bournemouth Pier. You can catch the 50 Breezer bus from the main road 3 mins away, which offers a fantastic open-topped ride across the Sandbanks chain ferry to The Purbecks where you can experience some breath-taking views and the lovely little town of Swanage ~ well worth a trip! Thank you for the tote bag gift ~ it was so handy and very strong & good quality:)

Location was great. Room size was generous. 24hour gym and games room were good. I like how easy it was to enter the property with codes for the doors and the information for access was very clear.
I would have liked to clear out the rubbish bin daily and the bed was uncomfortable. Having a fridge in the room was nice but unfortunately it was noisy at night.
