The location was perfect, the view, the pool, the rooms, the neighbourhood. Great place to start/end your trip. Would go there again! Very friendly owner, she made a delicious early morning take away breakfast. Thank you!!

Rooms were clean, excellent service and lovely view of the lagoon
A bit far away from downtown Negombo, not a lot to do locally. We would have liked to have a better breakfast or more options consisting of traditional Sri Lankan breakfast instead of toast and jam.
