Location was quiet but still close to all the sites
Room was a bit small and did not have an outside window which also made it dark

The room and the bathroom were big and clean, at a great location, the staff were really helpful.

Good location and kind staff. Felt safe.
Air conditioner was not working. Staff told me it was because I did not turn it on - I obviously tried to turn it on before. They then told me it takes time for it to fully cool the unit so I left it on all day and it still did not work. There was an obvious warning on the thermostat and I sent them a picture and it was never addressed. I gave up on trying to communicate to them about it and just opened the window. Loud area as very narrow streets
