The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Especially Eva and Maria. The hotel is very close to the historic center, restaurants, cafes, and just 5 minutes from the bus station. Highly recommended. If I return to Seville, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.😊😊

The hotel is very well located. The evening staff were extremely helpful - always eager to help - it is a small hotel it's clean - well maintained - would definitely stay again - so thank you Hotel Madrid

The staff was friendly, particularly the desk and breakfast.
Sheets hadn't been changed on one bed - ugh.
