The apartment is nice and spacious, located in a pleasant building with a nice courtyard. Communication with the management company was excellent; they responded immediately to every message.
The location is excellent—right next to Ostiense Station. We took the FL1 regional train from the airport for 8 euros per person.
There is a bus terminal right in front of the building serving routes to the city center (lines 30, 83, 492), and the Piramide metro station is just 300 meters away.
The easiest way to buy (and activate) bus and metro tickets is via the Moovit app.
Accessing the building involves passing through two entrance doors using a code and an app (vikey.it); this might be a bit tricky for some, and you do need an internet connection.
In the bathroom, you have to wait five minutes for hot water, and the shower pressure is weak.
In the second bathroom, the toilet tank refilled very slowly, so we always used an extra container to flush it.
The company offered (insisted) to send a maintenance team to check it, but we declined.
The kitchen lacked plates and glasses.

Fijn ruim appartement met genoeg opbergruimte en een eigen keuken.
Het warme water was er helaas niet altijd of het duurde heel lang voor het warm werd. Bij de badkamer met wasmachine was het warm en koud water omgewisseld in de kraan.

L'emplacement était très bien desservi par les transport en commun ,mais le lieu ou se trouvait l'appartement n'était pas sécurisant....
L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé...Le premier jour la voisine est venu sonner car elle nous entendait parlé a 22h (et pourtant nous parlions normalement) car elle disait que les appartements étaient pas du tout insonorisé et que ca la dérangeait.
Pour les couverts (fourchettes) il y en avait pile 5
Les protègent matelas étaient sales
Et le ménage limite...
