Location and overall room facilities
The cafe was unacceptable for us. Insufficient glasses, teacups and forks!! Food quality was average.

A new hotel in a prime location! The staff was exceptional! Food at the restaurant was solid. If you are visiting Periyar National Park and have signed up for the nature trails or hikes, the meeting spot is actually outside of the park, walking distance from this hotel. We made the mistake of staying inside the park - wouldn’t recommend it. Accommodations were over double the cost of Keys and pales in comparison
The rooftop is still under construction with plans of a pool getting built. View is great but not ready for guests to enjoy.

It is located just behind the Periyar tiger reserve, so quite convenient. Also has the market in the neighbourhood where you get spices, banana chips and everything you want to buy when travelling ti Kerala.
The cleanliness of the room, size of the wash basin in the bathroom and breakfast were disappointing
