The best equipped apartment I've ever been to! You could literally stay for whole months. We didn't want to leave! There was literally nothing missing, everything you might need or want was available here! They even had oil, salt, kitchen paper roll, containers to bring food to the beach, foil and oven paper and lots of other things that you might need but don't want to buy for staying only a few days! I can't say if the owner provides them or they were things left from previous people staying but we were extremely happy to find them! Everything you might need was already available here so you didn't have to worry about anything! One of the best parts about a beach apartment is having the washing machine, and we also found detergent already available. Cinzia also had a beach umbrella and beach bag and beach towels available for use. She really thought about everything!
The apartment is very modern and lovely to live in, it has two air-conditioning that cool down the place very quickly. The very big bathroom with two doors (one to the room and one to the kitchen/living room) was very smart and comfortable to have. The shower was also spacious and the pressure was good!
It's honestly even better than in pictures!
The water and wine in the fridge when we arrived were a very nice touch! There were also coffe capsules and some brioches for the mornings!
The location was less than 10 minutes walking to Cala Kalura which it's a very nice small pebbles beach we kept going to.
We loved everything. But just a few things to keep in mind:
I initially chose this place because it offered parking, however the parking is not the most comfortable as you have to go in a narrow street and either come back in retro, or try to find enough place to turn the car around,not the easiest for a new driver. We could leave the car in a corner in front of her garage. Places with parking included in Cefalù are very hard to find, so this was good enough for us!
This apartment is on the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs but we didn't mind.
Check in was supposed to be at 17.00, but we asked for an earlier check in and there was no problem!

Centre ville accessible en 30min à pied et sur une partie du trajet on marche sur la route dans un virage sans aucune visibilité ni protection vis à vis des voitures —> peut être dangereux, surtout avec des enfants
Voiturier indispensable (accès à Cefalu en 6min, au grand parking de la plage de Cefalu)
Canapé lit du salon très inconfortable

Great stay!
The apartment was very clean and extremely well equipped — we really didn’t miss anything during our stay. There was separate air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which was a big plus. We also really appreciated having a washing machine and a place to hang clothes outside.
A lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of wine and water from the host. Another great bonus was the beach towels and umbrella that were available for guests to use. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner personally, and she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
The apartment is a little away from the city centre and the beach, but the area is very peaceful and quiet. You can easily walk to the centre in around 30 minutes.
The only downside was the parking space. It was quite narrow and a little difficult to access the spot recommended by the host. However, it’s possible to park along the main street, so this wasn’t really a problem in the end.
