I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Mehdi, who was very friendly and super helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed in Marmara hotel for a couple of days, it was a great experience. Very helpful staff, specially Mehdi. I needed to exchange some money and had some troubles with my bank and had a really bad day. Mehdi spent more than an hour helping me figure out the problem with my bank and could eventually exchange my money. It was a relief. This is not something that you get everywhere; this kind of hospitality and kindness. Thank you Mehdi so much for your help and kindness.

The room was clean.
The bed was uncomfortable. I was given a room two floors below, and the view from the window was just a large white wall. I also did not like the location, and the breakfast was disappointing.
