Trzeba pamiętać o tym, że mieszkanie jest na poddaszu i ma dużo skosów- dla wysokich osób może to być duże utrudnienie i ryzyko uderzeń w głowę.

The biggest advantage of this apartment was its excellent location. Almost everything we needed was within a 10-minute walk or a short tram ride, including the beach, the city center, and Place Masséna. This made exploring Nice incredibly convenient and was definitely the highlight of our stay.
Another major positive was the cleanliness. The apartment, bed linens, bathroom, furniture, and all facilities were very clean and well maintained. We had absolutely no complaints regarding cleanliness.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi was excellent, with genuinely fast and reliable internet throughout our stay, which was another great advantage.
Despite the excellent location and cleanliness, several issues affected our comfort during the stay.
1. Uncomfortable bathroom layout
I had read previous reviews mentioning the lack of separation between the toilet and the sleeping area, but I hadn’t expected it to be this inconvenient. There was no proper partition or privacy, and the bed was very close to the bathroom area. Even as a married couple, we found this arrangement uncomfortable.
2. Lack of basic amenities
The apartment lacked several simple but essential practical amenities, such as hooks for hanging clothes, towel holders, and a suitable place to put shampoo and toiletries in the shower. These are small and inexpensive details, but their absence made everyday use less convenient.
3. Uncomfortable bed
The bed was not comfortable, which negatively affected our sleep quality and overall rest.
4. Restrictive sloped ceiling
The sloped ceiling was much lower and more restrictive than we had expected from the photos. We bumped our heads several times, and it made moving around certain parts of the room difficult.
5. Restrictive check-in and check-out policies
Another significant drawback was the check-in and check-out schedule. Check-in was only available from 4:00 PM, rather than the more common 2:00 PM, while check-out was required by 10:00 AM instead of the usual 12:00 PM.
Although these two-hour differences might not seem significant, they considerably limited our flexibility when arriving and departing.
The situation was made even more inconvenient by the management’s strict policies. Even a one-hour late check-out required an additional fee, and there was no option to leave our luggage at the property before check-in or after check-out.
This made coordinating our arrival and departure unnecessarily difficult, especially when traveling with suitcases. A little more flexibility, or at least a luggage storage option, would have greatly improved the experience.
