La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, letteralmente nel centro di Nizza. Soprattutto se si viaggia senza macchina come nel mio caso. Ci sono tanti negozi, ristoranti vicino
Il tavolo era troppo grande. Pensando che è un monolocale quindi sono due persone ci possono soggiornare. Un tavolo da 8 persone mi sembra troppo esagerato. Consiglio di mettere un tavolino sul terrazzo per colazioni pranzi e cene. La tv risultava troppo scura, non siamo riusciti a guardarla. Da quello che ho capito era in risparmio energetico? Consiglio di sistemarla.

Гарна тераса.
Довелося викликати сантехніка, бо прорвало трубу :( Вона роками не прочищалася. Півдня в Ніці було витрачено на це. Нажаль, трапляються неприємності. Мені просто не пощастило

Nice balcony , ten minutes by taxi to accommodation , great location to shops, ten minutes walk to the main beach & 15mins walk to the train station .
The AC was not working sufficiently .
